Online Virtual Learning Environment - Technical Support
Technical support for Moodle virtual learning environment. Please refer to service code 454.410 for full service details.
This provides hourly additional technical support for Moodle sites/categories/courses.
Districts must be in the Distance Education Project Connect Coordination Fee (454.105.30) or Instructional Media Resources Base Service (514.100.10). Participants will need to have internet access to participate in this service.

• The BOCES Staff will meet with the school district planning team to determine instructional technology support needs • The BOCES Staff, in collaboration with school districts, will select appropriate instructional software applications • The BOCES Staff will coordinate training activities, staff development activities, planning, and project review • The BOCES staff will ensure that BOCES retains a high level of expertise for its staff through a commitment to research and development
