Mobile & Desktop Video Conference
This service includes the E1B DL technician servicing of any hardware (purchasing of maintenance for software upgrades and hardware replacement is separate); all NYSERNET projects offered through E1B along with DL coordinator to organize, set up, and assist during project; projects created by and offered through other state-wide BOCES; training on how to use the mobile unit or desktop solution. The base fee is waived for participation in this service.
The WNYRIC utilizes cost effective best practices determined by research that allows our experienced and trained technical staff to perform robust testing and support of the WNYRIC network in the area of security, infrastructure, energy management, virtualization strategies, disaster recovery and business continuity. Therefore, we are able to be a district advocate for vendor contract issues and aggressively negotiate contract pricing and performance terms. Staff follow best practice s in order to provide necessary security as it relates to the most recent student, teacher and principal data security and privacy regulations.
