SuperEval Planning, Training & Support/PLS 3rd Learning
This service includes a consultation with the Superintendent and the SuperEval tool which is a digital data collection to support the professional development of the Superintendent and planning goal support.
SuperEval is a Web-based system that allows school boards and superintendents to collect, communicate, and submit critical data, simplifying the superintendent evaluation process. The Problem: Paper-based superintendent evaluation processes were time-consuming, expensive, and inefficient. The Solution: We built an online system that facilitates superintendent evaluations. Through the use of a user-friendly, seamless interface, educators can quickly and easily measure a superintendent’s performance, advance district goals, and promote healthy leadership teams. In short, SuperEval helps educators collect, communicate, and submit critical data online. Elevating Education Through Technology: Our fully customizable, integrated, Web-based systems are currently being used by more than 400,000 educators across the world. Each project we develop with our partners helps to advance teaching and learning by:
- Organizing and disseminating searchable academic standards.
- Providing aligned educational resources, materials, strategies, and best practices.
- Allowing users to contribute district and user-created curricula, content, and resources.
- Engaging users in moderated education forums where they can share ideas, tips and information.
It is the responsibility of the district to schedule and plan follow up sessions with the appropriate participants as needed.
