Effective Leadership Consortium

The 19 Component school districts of Erie 1 BOCES, in collaboration with four local higher education institutions (Buffalo State, University at Buffalo, St. Bonaventure and Canisius) select an educator(s) from their school district who demonstrates the potential for educational leadership, and who is not currently enrolled in a school leadership program. Fellows will be given the opportunities of learning, collaborating, networking and gaining insight into what it means to be a leader in today's schools. Erie 1 BOCES districts - $1,200. For all other districts - $1,500.
