ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Districts are finding themselves is the unenviable position of having to hire leaders for a few months, a few weeks, or a few days. Given the current concerns with the candidate pool, an opportunity for districts to request support from recent retirees that can fill gaps while districts continue to recruit and hire the best possible candidate.
HOW WE CAN HELP:
- Vet retirees through a screening and application process.
- Ensure that retirees will have the appropriate credentials and relevant experiences that match needs between them and the district.
- Act as a liason between the district and the retiree.
- Steeing expectations and define duties between the district and the retiree.

Must be enrolled in the Administrative Leadership Base (537.001.00) and Interim Leadership Support Admin fee (537.200.02) in order to use this service.
