Project Configuration Fee
MPN detailed request for service to assist the district in the final steps of obtaining necessary equipment and software for Library Services.
Configuration entails reviewing requests for compliance with the WNYRIC standards, ensuring that quotes are in compliance with state contract or other applicable bids, working with Erie 1 purchasing to create local bids when needed, and maintaining historical records of vendor prices. This often involves working with Purchasing to ensure the best possible pricing and compliance with Erie 1 and NY State purchasing policies as well as vendor relations/new product review and recommendations for districts.
All projects for hardware and software must be in support of a WNYRIC service.
