eSchoolData GURUBoard Licensing
GURUBoard provides administrators, counselors, and teachers with a personalized interface to organize and review student data from eSD and third party sources. Each user can have a customized board to maximize the ability to analyze and compare student data including assessments, discipline, enrollment, attendance, and student achievement trends in an interactive, graphical style.
GURU Boards will allow users to obtain data from within eSchool Data in and interactive, graphical format using Widget Dashboards, an overlay to the eSchool Data product.
GURU Data Integration Tools allow districts to automate data management tasks by selecting from a library of profiles ("Zaps") that feed data from eSchool data to third party applications or import data using CSV files. Some applications can utilize API Data Exchange Technology to retrieve from and post information to eSchool Data in real time. These capabilities are set up and maintained by a district administrative level eSchool Data user.
