SchoolMessenger Communicate Annual Support and Training
This service provides the base support for Communicate.
Annual support and training includes:
- Support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Up to four hours of training
- Communication with the vendor for advanced technical support when needed
- Basic user documentation

Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year, June 30th.
