SchoolMessenger Custom Mobile App Support
Website support staff provide support for the SchoolMessenger Custom Mobile App. Districts can call regrading issues or needing assistance with using the Mobile App.

- Website content must be entered in the proper format prior to launch of the mobile app
- Plan for promoting and utilizing the mobile app
- Determine go-live date
- Provide support to end users of the mobile app
- Announce/promote mobile app
- Work with vendor and district to schedule required meetings
- Provide guidance as necessary until go-live
- Provide telephone and email for for the app to the district
