Raptor Visitor Management System - Implementation and Setup
The implementation and setup service helps get a district started with Raptor.
This service includes:
- Setup and configuration of system
- Raptor software installation
- Scanner setup
- Printer setup
- Up to 2 hours of training
Additional training days are available at a per diem rate.

Required for all districts adding a building license to Raptor.
- Raptor scanner
- Compatible printer
- Have a visitor management policy
- Must join Raptor Annual Support service
- Attend all meetings
- Provide access to appropriate district staff
- Perform tasks as defined in project in a timely manner
- Provide user and contact information
- Promptly respond to requests
- Act as project manager for implementation
- Setup equipment and software
- Provide training to district personnel
