Raptor Visitor Management System - Kiosk Annual Support and Training
This service provides support of each kiosk setup by WNYRIC for use with the Raptor system.
Annual Support includes:
- Unlimited support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- Planning assistance
- Up to two hours of online training
Please refer to service code 650.679 for full service details.
- Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30th).
- Only kiosks setup by WNYRIC are covered
- Must be in Raptor Annual Support service
