ClearTrack 200 SMS Integration - First Year Support
SMS Integration service allows the district demographic and guardian information maintained in the student management system to update ClearTrack 200 and/or RTI Edge via an automated nightly process. This process streamlines operations through efficient information management and increased data accuracy. District appoints SMS liaison. WNYRIC will setup and maintain download capabilities from SMS system to ClearTrack 200/RTI Edge, instruct districts on reviewing and correcting data errors, and notify district SMS liaison of data errors for data correction.

Therefore, we are able to be a district advocate for vendor contract issues and aggressively negotiate contract pricing and performance terms.
Staff follows best practices in order to provide necessary security as it relates to the most recent student, teacher and principal data security and privacy regulations.
