nVision W-2 and 1099 Printing Only

If you would like to have Gamble print your tax forms (both W2’s and 1099’s), you can still go through the RIC to have the forms printed.  We will submit your file to Gamble, through our ftp site, as we have done in the past.  The WNYRIC will not be reviewing your reports, or sending verification totals for review. If you have questions on these processes, please contact our support team.  We will only be sending the Print Form File that your district uploads to the FTP site. The forms will come back to the RIC and we will send them out through the mail or via a district courier.

Each district will be responsible for reviewing their reports, creating the W2 & 1099 files, and submitting the files to the federal government.  It will be necessary to obtain a transmittal code for the W2’s and a separate one for the 1099’s.  To handle reprints, we will include blank forms, in each delivery, and reprints can be done at the district.   Our team can help you with this.
