Applicant Tracking Base Fee

The Applicant Tracking Base Fee provides the planning and coordination needed to continually develop new ways to reach qualified potential candidates. 

Through research and planning sessions the WNYRIC looks for new ways to market the application and bring applicants to the consortium. The WNYRIC works with the schools, local colleges, the vendor, applicants, and advertisers to identify new methods of advertising and ensure proper communication of job data. The WNYRIC reviews all aspects of the application process, including the pathways for applicants to apply to jobs.   

The continued research allows existing and future schools joining the consortium to benefit from a growing base of applicants.
