Professional Learning Management (PLM) Annual Software License Fee for Instructional Users

Annual instructional user license fee for the Professional Learning Management -  Professional Development application. Supports the use of this application to enroll and maintain records on participation in professional development activities as defined by school districts for instructional staff. The fee is based on the number of staff using the application.
