SchoolFront offers a variety of modules designed to optimize the school districts Human Resource processes under a single integrated platform. The WNYRIC currently supports Employee Recruiting/Onboarding.
RecruitFront, a module of the SchoolFront system, is a powerful and complete web-based solution for recruiting and hiring K-12 school district employees, including teachers, instructional / non-instructional, and administrative candidates. RecruitFront is a simple to use, search-engine-optimized, device agnostic (i.e. mobile, desktop, and tablet-friendly), accessible (i.e. ADA compliant), and integrated (e.g. with Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) service.
The Onboarding module electronically pulls information from SchoolFront's recruiting module and uses the aggregated data (e.g. resumes, recommendations, cover letters, transcripts, employee personal information, and job information) to create digital personnel files for new employees. There is no need for HR staff to compile, scan, file, or otherwise manage paper employment documentation.

Requirements:
Internet access for central office, building administrators, and staff
DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The district is responsible for providing the tools and services required to connect school personnel to the Internet. SchoolFront is not responsible for any hardware or software related problems that prevent the user from connecting to the solution with the exception of any hardware or software owned by SchoolFront and located at the Hosting Facilities.
- The district is responsible for all user management including granting access to end-users.
- The district is responsible for all data.
- The district is responsible for proving SchoolFront the required information to complete setup and additional services in a timely manner.
WNYRIC/SCHOOLFRONT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participation in remote configuration and setup of the SchoolFront Applications
- WNYRIC will work with SchoolFront to support the RecruiFront and Onboarding modules
- WNYRIC will serve as a liaison between the district and School Front to support the application
- WNYRIC will maintain strict confidentiality while performing all tasks.
- WNYRIC will provide email and phone support.
