Data Privacy and Security Services Additional WNYRIC Support

1. Designate at least one staff member as the service contact person and provide applicable information to the WNYRIC and vendors.
2. Participate in implementation meetings and communicate plans to district staff.
3. Assign personnel to be trained.
4. Allow WNYRIC and vendor personnel access to appropriate systems as needed for setup, configuration, and ongoing support.
5. Alert the WNYRIC and/or vendor to problems and issues.
