MS Exchange - Mandatory Technical Support
Flat fee per licensed district that addresses telephone, onsite, and remote support to district email technicians. Service includes:
- Support of district email administrator
- Certain application updates
- Testing new releases before installation
- Monitoring email servers for availabilty
- Troubleshooting server/client issues
- Communication with vendor (problem resolution, patches, virus alerts, research and development)
- Technical email consultation with district email administration staff
- Assisting with user imports for staff and student mailboxes
- User restores, upon request
