MS Exchange - RIC-Hosted Server
This service allows a district to support an email server, but physically locate the server at WNYRIC’s virtual server environment. This frees up server and personnel resources in the district! Servers are backed up regularly and monitored. Exchange email access (for Win/Mac platforms) will be provided to all licensed staff (either client or web).

- Includes licensing for TSM backup
- Data restores may incur additional costs
- Must be participating in MS Exchange support service
- Allow connectivity of MS Exchange servers to district machines, as required
- Configure email clients to access MS Exchange servers
