MS SharePoint - Annual Support and Training
This service provides assistance to SharePoint administrators supporting a SharePoint Online solution for a district. A district takes on day-to-day SharePoint tasks and support issues, like adding/removing users, adding/removing content, and user password issues, as they are closest to and can best handle those needs.
Annual support includes:
- Support via phone, email, and screen sharing during regular WNYRIC business hours
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Support of SharePoint administrator
- Up to 4 hours of remote training for SharePoint administrator on SharePoint admin basics
- Communication with vendor for advanced technical support as needed
- Guidance on how to use SharePoint
- Planning assistance on creating content with built-in SharePoint apps
- Admin documentation
