MailMeter Cloud - Annual Support
This service provides technical and administrative support for MailMeter Cloud service. Annual support includes:
- Support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Leveraging application “agents” to monitor processing and license issues
- Facilitate license purchases and vendor services
- Provide system access forms for Investigate module
- Yearly reminder to district of reviewing system access
- Yearly reminder to district of reviewing retention schedule
- Documentation on use of Individual Search & Retrieval module use
- Documentation on Investigate module use
