Google Gmail - Annual Support
This service provides support for Gmail email, including email spam and security filtering and Regional Directory! Districts do not need to contact the vendor; instead, they work with our experienced WNYRIC staff, familiar with the needs of local school districts and Gmail software.
Annual support and training includes:
- Support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Email spam and security filtering, using WNYRIC-hosted filtering solution
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Regional Directory, if desired
- New release research
- Communication with the vendor for advanced technical support when needed
- Basic end-user documentation

- Initial system administration training available upon request
- WNYRIC technical staff will advise on system backup and anti-virus protection; however, these solutions are not included in the service.
