ParentSquare - First Year Implementation - Engage
This service covers the planning and implementation of ParentSquare Engage software. For districts brand new to ParentSquare, the WNYRIC staff assists a district with setup and implementation. Our service covers:
- Needs assessment
- Implementation planning
- Project management and coordination
- Orientation to ParentSquare
- Work with staff on source systems data needs

Required for all districts new to ParentSquare.
- Data integration requires source data systems such as student, finance, transportation, etc. Data integration capabilities in those systems may incur additional costs.
- Provide contact person to work with WNYRIC and ParentSquare personnel
- Attend all meetings
- If using source systems for contact information, district must enter data in the correct format prior to launch
- Determine sources for data and files needed in district’s use of product
- Develop a plan to market and promote the ParentSquare system both internally and externally
- Determine a go-live date
- Provide access to desired data sources as necessary
- Train staff, students, and parents on use of ParentSquare
- Conduct planning sessions and assessments
- Work with vendor and district to schedule required meetings
- Assist district in determining data sources
- Provide recommendations
