ParentSquare - Annual Support - Essentials
This service provides annual support and training for ParentSquare Essentials package. The Essentials package includes Classroom Communications and some School Services features.
Annual support includes:
- Support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Up to four hours of remote admin or trainer training
- Communication with the vendor for advanced technical support when needed
- Basic user documentation

Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year, June 30th.
