ParentSquare - Annual Support - Engage
This service provides annual support and training for ParentSquare Engage package. The Engage package includes Classroom Communications, Mass Notifications, and some School Service features.
Annual support includes:
- Support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Up to eight hours of remote admin or trainer training
- Communication with the vendor for advanced technical support when needed
- Basic user documentation

Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year, June 30th.
