ParentSquare - Annual Support - Premium
This service provides annual support and training for ParentSquare Engage Premium package. The package includes all ParentSquare features available.
WNYRIC does not support the Invoices and Payments module of ParentSquare. Vendor directly provides the district with all support, training, and assistance of this module.
Annual support includes:
- Support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Up to eight hours of remote admin training
- Communication with the vendor for advanced technical support when needed
- Basic user documentation

Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year, June 30th.
