Blackboard - Additional Training Days
Have you used up your allotment of training hours in the base service? No problem! An experienced Website & Notification Solutions team trainer will come out to the district, host at the RIC, or virtually provide the desired Community Engagement Solution training.
- Half-day minimum purchase
- In-district training sessions must be at least 4 hours (half a day)
- If training requires multiple trainers, the district is charged hours for each trainer. For example, two trainers conducting a 4-hour training will cost eight training hours.

- Must participate in Blackboard CES support service
For all trainings:
- Provide a list or accurate count of trainees prior to training session
- Ensure trainees have prerequisite skills as needed for sessions
- District must train children and students
- District must give at least 48-hours advance notice of cancellation
- Must keep class sizes to designated amount. Additional trainees affect trainer efficiency and overall value received by participants.
- Must allow proper amount of time for trainer to take lunch and breaks
Additionally, for in-district trainings:
- Ensure machines have requisite software installed and functioning
- Provide adequate machines and Internet access for the class size, including the trainer
- Provide proper projection and sound equipment for trainer
For all trainings:
- Provide required amount of trainers
- Provide access to documentation or course outlines
- Conduct training as requested
Additionally, for at-WNYRIC trainings:
- Provide adequate seating and machines for class size
