Blackboard - Annual Website Support - Tier 2
This service covers support of Blackboard's Web Community Manager (WCM) website software and Basic Mobile Communication App (MCA) for districts with four or more schools.
Dedicated WNYRIC staff provides support for Blackboard's Website Community Manager software. Districts do not need to contact the vendor, instead they work with our experienced staff familiar with the needs of local school districts.
Key components of the service include:
- Unlimited support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Access to an extensive library of training materials for all WCM and MCA users
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- WCM planning assistance
- MCA planning assistance
- MCA app store maintenance assistance
- 3 days of training
- Periodic user group meeting
- Pertinent communication on topics related to websites

- Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30th).
- Tier 2 support is for districts with four or more schools. Districts with one to three schools will be placed in Tier 1 support.
