Blackboard - Bundled Mass Notifications Annual Support
This service covers the support of Blackboard's Mass Notifications (MN) system for districts that also use Blackboard's website (WCM) product.
Dedicated WNYRIC staff provide support for Blackboard's MN software. Key components of the service include:
- Unlimited support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Access to an extensive library of training materials for all MN users
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- MN planning assistance
- Half-day of training

Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30th).
- Provide and schedule messages
- Monitor message results and modify contacts and information as needed
- Contact vendor for off-hours support
- Escalate issues with vendor as necessary
