Siteimprove - One-on-One Workshop
The One-on-one workshop is a customized session for a single district. Knowledgeable Website Support staff train and help you with reviewing and understanding actual Siteimprove results for the modules purchased.
A workshop runs for a minimum of one day and includes:
- Session(s) at the district or at WNYRIC facilities
- Reviewing actual district results within the Siteimprove software
- Help in understanding results
- Suggestions for corrective actions or modifications to content
- Resources for improving your website

One day minimum purchase with half day increments.
- Participate in Siteimprove annual support service
For all workshops:
- Provide a list or accurate count of attendees prior to session
- Ensure attendees have prerequisite skills as needed for sessions
- District must give at least 48 hours of advance notice of cancellation
- Must keep class sizes to designated amount. Additional attendees affect efficiency and overall value received by participants.
- Must allow proper amount of time for trainer to take lunch or breaks
Additionally, for in-district sessions:
- Ensure machines have requisite software installed and functioning
- Provide adequate machines and Internet access for the class size, including the trainer
- Provide proper projection and sound equipment for trainer
For all workshops:
- Provide required amount of trainers
- Provide access to documentation or course outlines
- Conduct workshop as requested
Additionally, for at-WNYRIC sessions:
- Provide adequate seating and machines for class size
