A SSL certificate provides security encryption for a website.
- Fill out SSL order form
- Generate the certificate (for renewals, at least 4 weeks before it expires).
- Email the certificate to Processor
- Point of Contact specified needs to be available via phone call, email or both to complete order process
- Install the certificate on each server to use the Wildcard
- Keep track of the web sites/servers that use the SSL Wildcard Certificate
- Process the certificate with the vendor
- Email the certificate to the school district contact
- Document that the District Wildcard SSL has been purchased and will need renewal for Participation.
- Notify designated district contact that renewal is upcoming and needed

During all other hours and holidays, a caller will receive important information regarding coverage.
