Unaided LAN Tech Support - Technician Level
This service provides a computer support technician on a per hour basis. Duties may include support for LANs and workstation hardware and software applications.

Have district personnel available to instruct WNYRIC staff member.
Comply with federal copyright laws.
Provide qualified/responsible personnel to inform needed functions to keep daily technical activities of the district's Technology department.
Provide necessary training so WNYRIC personnel are able to keep current with new technology.
