This service is for districts first starting with BoardDocs Pro. BoardDocs Pro is a service that provides governance organizations with a quick and easy way to manage documents associated with governance through state-of-the-art, cloud-based technology. The result is a document work?ow and information solution that provides for the electronic collection, management, and distribution of governance documents. BoardDocs Pro features include:

For districts initially starting with BoardDocs Pro, a one-time start-up fee is required. Districts may also participate in other services such as the Quarterly Revisions and Updates or the Policy Audit, but are not required to do so.

The district will contact Policy Services to discuss their current commitment with or interest in BoardDocs. A demonstration of BoardDocs may be requested.

Districts that are interested in working with BoardDocs, may elect to contract with Erie 1 BOCES to receive their BOCES aid on this service. Districts are not required to be current Erie 1 BOCES Policy Services customers to contract for this service. Policy Services will arrange for a demonstration of BoardDocs upon request.
