IBM Notes - Mandatory Technical Support
Flat fee per licensed district that addresses telephone, onsite, and remote support to district email technicians. Service includes:
- Support of district email administrator
- Application updates (server), limit one major release upgrade per year
- Testing new releases before installation
- Monitoring email servers
- Troubleshooting server/client issues
- Troubleshooting related application issues
- Communication with vendor (problem resolution, patches, virus alerts, research and development)
- Technical email consultation with district email administration staff
- Assisting with user imports for staff and student mailboxes
- User restores, upon request

Only one Domino major release update is included per year. For example, release 8.1 to r9.0. Patches and point releases are installed on an as-needed and mutually agreeable basis.
