IBM Notes - Mandatory Technical Support

Service Directory Search

Flat fee per licensed district that addresses telephone, onsite, and remote support to district email technicians. Service includes:

  • Support of district email administrator
  • Application updates (server), limit one major release upgrade per year
  • Testing new releases before installation
  • Monitoring email servers
  • Troubleshooting server/client issues
  • Troubleshooting related application issues
  • Communication with vendor (problem resolution, patches, virus alerts, research and development)
  • Technical email consultation with district email administration staff
  • Assisting with user imports for staff and student mailboxes
  • User restores, upon request

Details

Only one Domino major release update is included per year. For example, release 8.1 to r9.0. Patches and point releases are installed on an as-needed and mutually agreeable basis.
