MS SharePoint - Project Hours
This service provides assistance when a district needs design or development work in SharePoint Online. Projects can include designing an intranet, migrating from local SharePoint to cloud, or creating an application to leverage the functionality of SharePoint. Minimum charge applies, please see cost and requirements for details.

- A properly functioning SharePoint Online environment
- Participate in the MS SharePoint Online Base Service
- Provide licensing required for project, including SharePoint Online
- Attend and participate in all meetings as required by WNYRIC
- Define project requirements
- Provide content
- Test/verify solution
- Provide a project manager to oversee the overall project
- Capture project scope and requirements
- Define resources necessary for project, including staff, software, and materials
- Perform work as identified
- Provide solution documentation as defined in project
