Allow staff and others to submit and process forms electronically with Clevr, a cloud-based electronic forms and workflow solution. Improve speed, accuracy, and completion of forms flow to the intended parties, while keeping a complete archive of all forms! Purchase software and services to implement electronic forms and processes to fit your school environment. Clevr software allows custom workflows to process forms quickly and accurately throughout the district.
- The Clevr application requires involvement from district staff at many levels. Support from District Administration is a critical element in a successful installation.
- Clevr is a cloud-based solution running in a Microsoft Azure environment.
- Unused training and design hours expire at the end of the school year, June 30th
- District LAN, WNYRIC connectivity
- Internet access
- Connectivity to email for notifications, etc.
- Appoint a district primary and secondary contact for WNYRIC
- Promptly notify eForms Service team of a change in contact
- Facilitate meetings with key staff to analyze and aid with form design and workflow
- Pilot and test eForms
- Communicate with staff and train them on eForms
- Request support and report issues to WNYRIC Service Desk for prompt service
- Create and update user accounts
- Determine user authorization levels
- Install and configure client device access to eForms, including Internet and browser
- Support end users with use of district’s eForms
- Plan implementation with district’s designated staff
- Configure and setup forms and workflow
- Test deployed solution
- Support by phone, email, and screen sharing to district staff who support application
- Clevr admin training as requested
- Work with vendor support as needed
The WNYRIC utilizes cost effective best practices determined by research that allows our experienced and trained technical staff to perform robust testing and support of the WNYRIC network in the areas of security, infrastructure, energy management, virtualization strategies, disaster recovery and business continuity. Therefore, we are able to be a district advocate for vendor contract issues and aggressively negotiate contract pricing and performance terms.
Staff follow best practices in order to provide necessary security as it relates to the most recent student, teacher and principal data security and privacy regulations.
