Blackboard - Bundle Annual Base Support and Training
This service covers the base support and training of Blackboard's Community Engagement Solution (CES). Dedicated WNYRIC staff provide support for Blackboard's Website Community Manager, Mobile Communications App, Mass Notifications, and Ally software. Districts do not need to contact the vendor; instead, they work with our experienced staff familiar with the needs of local school districts.
Key components of the base service include:
- Unlimited support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Access to an extensive library of training materials for all CES users
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- CES planning assistance
- Two training days for use on any licensed CES software
- User group meeting
- Pertinent communication on topics related to websites, mobile apps, and notification systems

- Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30th).
- Certain data recovery or restore scenarios may incur additional charges by the WNYRIC, the vendor, or both.
