SchoolMessenger - Additional Training Days

• Half-day minimum purchase
• In-district training sessions must be at least 4 hours
• If training requires multiple trainers, the district is charged hours for each trainer. For example, 2 trainers conducting a 4-hour training will cost 8 training hours.

1. Participate in SchoolMessenger Web Communications Bundle support service

For all trainings:

1. Provide a list or accurate count of trainees prior to training session
2. Ensure trainees have prerequisite skills as needed for sessions
3. Children/students must be trained by the district
4. District must give at least 48 hours advance notice of cancellation
5. Must keep class sizes to designated amount. Additional trainees affect trainer efficiency and overall value received by participants.
6. Must allow proper amount of time for trainer to take lunch or breaks

Additionally for in-district trainings:

1. Ensure machines have requisite software installed and functioning
2. Provide adequate machines and Internet access for the class size, including the trainer
3. Provide proper projection and sound equipment for trainer

For all trainings:

1. Provide required amount of trainers
2. Provide access to documentation or course outlines
3. Conduct training as requested

Additionally for at-WNYRIC trainings:

1. Provide adequate seating and machines for class size
