- Sign project for hardware and license purchase and installation
- Provide Active Directory platform for user authentication
- Provide contact for user management expectations

- Connect system to district Active Directory
- Provide telecommunication circuit and VPN tunnel to RIC
- Maintenance of hardware and licenses, including appropriate software updates
