This service provides staff to unbox, verify, put the cases on, and enroll the devices into the MDM. The devices will be evaluated for Out-of-Box failures, defects, and that the device is operational so that it is not delivered Dead-on-Arrival (DOA). All defective devices will be exchanged by the WNYRIC. If the district has purchased cases they will be put on the devices as per the instructions. The devices will be enrolled in the district's Mobile Device system through the enrollment process. If the district utilizes Apple's Device Enrollment Program (DEP) the service will follow the process to enroll the devices in the district's MDM. The device will be repackaged and shipped to the district per a pre-arranged date. The devices will be ready to be distributed to the users.
