Frontline Health Management
Frontline Health Management enables school nurses to document student medical data in a secure manner. Frontline Health can be used to track student visits to the health office, medications and treatments, immunizations, and screening results.

District agrees to:
- Ensure data security (maintenance of passwords as well as backing up data on magnetic media on a regular basis and storing multiple copies of such media in appropriate places).
- Notify WNYRIC of relevant personnel changes.
- Allow remote access to server and/or workstations to RIC technician.
- Assign the personnel to be trained with appropriate authorization for security access to the system data for all such staff if needed.
- Create/maintain local (district) tables.
- Purchase appropriate hardware and software.
WNYRIC agrees to:
- Install software.
- Provide documentation.
- Provide telephone and on-site support.
- Provide a means for purchasing necessary licenses.
- Serve as liaison between the district and the vendor.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
The WNYRIC utilizes cost effective best practices determined by research that allows our experienced and trained technical staff to perform robust testing and support of the WNYRIC network in the areas of security, infrastructure, energy management, virtualization strategies, disaster recovery and business continuity. Therefore, we are able to be a district advocate for vendor contract issues and aggressively negotiate contract pricing and performance terms.
Staff follows best practices in order to provide necessary security as it relates to the most recent student, teacher and principal data security and privacy regulations.
