CCRA High School (6:1:1 Class Size)
This option provides a therapeutic, caring and nurturing environment with high levels of support and supervision for high school students. Students needing this program have severe emotional and behavior management needs which prevent them from being successful in a typical public high school setting.
Student counseling and career technical education costs are included in the tuition. CTE offerings will be provided on site. A full-time social worker will be assigned to the program. Certified special education teachers align instruction to the Common Core Learning Standards and are responsible for the implementation of the student's IEP.

BOCES Responsibilities:
- Supervisory support to host building and BOCES staff
- Instructional and Intervention Resource Teachers available to staff
- Provide updated information and training on special education issues/mandates
- Provide staff development for all staff
- Implementation of student's IEP
- Provide formal evaluation of BOCES staff
- Provide materials/supplies money for BOCES staff
- Administer NYS assessments
- Individual counseling is provided one time per week
- Group counseling support is provided daily
- Therapeutic Crises Intervention (TCI) training provided
- Participate in CSE/Annual Review Meetings
- Provide quarterly update on student progress
- Collect data for progress monitoring
- Career and Technical Education tuition included
- Develop a Transition Plan
- Alternative Learning Center room and aides provided
