he eDoctrina Accountability suite is a comprehensive teacher growth and staff performance platform. From informal walkthroughs to announced classroom observations, it allows administrators to track staff expectations and rate the components that makeup the educator assessment model within a district. Based on these observed ratings, eDoctrina can recommend the next steps in an educator’s professional growth path. These next steps might include recommending specific professional development courses or suggesting a follow-up observation where improvement can be demonstrated. Therefore, we are able to be a district advocate for vendor contract issues and aggressively negotiate contract pricing and performance terms.
Staff follow best practices in order to provide necessary security as it relates to the most recent student, teacher and principal data security and privacy regulations.
