IBM Notes - Annual Support and Training
This service provides base support for IBM (Lotus) Notes, including spam filtering! Districts do not need to contact the vendor; instead, they work with our experienced WNYRIC staff, familiar with the needs of local school districts and Notes software.
Annual base support includes:
- Support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Spam filtering, using CanITPro spam filtering software on WNYRIC-hosted filtering servers
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Up to four hours of end user Notes client training or Domino design work
- Regional Directory, if desired
- New release research
- Communication with the vendor for advanced technical support when needed
- Basic end-user documentation
- Initial system administration training available upon request
- WNYRIC technical staff will advise on system backup and anti-virus protection for an IBM Notes/Domino environment; however, these solutions are not included in the service
- Districts can choose to host the Domino environment in the district or have it hosted by the WNYRIC
