IBM Notes - Mailbox User Administration
Are you looking for ways to free up technical staff time? Submit user change/add/delete requests via electronic form to WNYRIC technical staff! Our staff will in turn make necessary user changes in the district address book. Requests are tracked via submission to a Notes document library, with email notification sent when completed. Reduces technical duties within district to maintain email user accounts.

Notes user administration is processed by WNYRIC staff via information provided on a secure form in a Notes document library.
- Must be participating in IBM Notes support service
- Provide district staff that will submit requests and monitor database
- Only provide internally approved requests to the WNYRIC
- Contact WNYRIC Service Desk for technical support
- Designate two district contact people
- Schedule and facilitate planning as district requests
- Configure notification database
- Respond to requests within 2 business days
- Provide training for district system administrator/technician
- Communicate any process changes to designated district party
- The WNYRIC reserves the right to not perform a request if the WNYRIC has reasonable cause to believe the request is inappropriate
