Blackboard Centricity2 - Annual Support and Training 1 Site

Dedicated WNYRIC staff provides support for the Blackboard Centricity2 website software. Districts do not need to contact the vendor; instead, they work with our experienced staff familiar with the needs of local school districts.
The key components of the service include:
- Unlimited phone, email, and screen sharing support
- Website hosting
- Server maintenance and backup
- Routine Centricity2 software updates
- Up to two days of training for site administrators and section editors
- Minor enhancements to the standard template
- Website planning assistance
- User group meeting
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30th)
- The server storage allotment includes 10GB. Storage beyond this allotment requires purchasing additional space - please refer to service code 650.820.49.
