Blackboard - Bundle Annual Base Support and Training
This service covers the base support and training of Blackboard's Community Engagement Solution (CES). Dedicated WNYRIC staff provide support for Blackboard's Website Community Manager, Mobile Communications App, Mass Notifications, and Social Media Manager software. Districts do not need to contact the vendor; instead, they work with our experienced staff familiar with the needs of local school districts.
Key components of the base service include:
- Unlimited support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Access to an extensive library of training materials for all CES users
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- CES planning assistance
- 2 training days for use on any licensed CES software
- User group meeting
- Pertinent communication on topics related to websites, mobile apps, notification systems, and social media
