Blackboard - Website-Only Annual Base Support and Training
This service covers the support of Blackboard's Web Community Manager (WCM) website for districts that only use the website product, and not the entire suite.
Dedicated WNYRIC staff provides support for Blackboard's Website Community Manager software. Districts do not need to contact the vendor, instead they work with our experienced staff familiar with the needs of local school districts.
Key components of the base service include:
- Unlimited support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Access to an extensive library of training materials for all WCM users
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- WCM planning assistance
- 1.5 days of training
- User group meeting
- Pertinent communication on topics related to websites

- Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30th)
- Certain data recovery or restore scenarios may incur additional charges by the WNYRIC, the vendor, or both
