Job Description Handbook
This service is available to assist districts in the development of a Job Description Handbook. Current district job descriptions will be reviewed (if applicable) and included along with additional job descriptions developed according to requested position titles. A limited number of copies will be provided in three-ring binders and on CDs.
The district will provide Erie 1 BOCES Policy Services staff with current contact information (the full names and titles, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses) of designated district officials who will be involved in the development of this handbook. The district will also supply any previous handbooks and/or other requested information to facilitate the development of the Job Description Handbook.
Policy Services staff will work with district staff to create a draft of the Job Description Handbook and send it to the designated district official(s) for review and revisions (as needed). After the district has approved the final draft of the Job Description Handbook, Policy Services will provide the agreed upon number of paper copies, as well as CDs of the final handbook.
